JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests, candidates, and visitors, creating an inclusive environment.
Coordinate guest arrivals with internal teams and ensure alignment with security and admin teams.
Support the Workplace Experience and Operations Team with special projects.
Manage help desk ticketing system requests and distribute access badges.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and coordinate with security during emergencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Greeting people, supporting employees, real-time response to queries.
De-escalating situations and maintaining composure.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
