JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design html prototypes and visual interfaces for web-based applications.
- They'll be working on browsing and shopping, So that this product would be anybody that's kind of signed in, signed out, or even existing customers for TurboTax. Better be looking at this.
- Generate innovative ideas for engaging users both pre- and post-authentication.
- Think through the entire user journey and connect different touchpoints seamlessly.
- Support two other UX designers in creating engaging experiences for both new and returning TurboTax customers.
- Focus on the non-tax time engagement period, driving consideration and filing actions during tax season.
- Potentially work on high-level research and writing tasks, although primary research will be supported by dedicated researchers.
- Proficiency in HTML and visual design software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Figma Mastery: Proficient in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Design Process Understanding: Strong grasp of design thinking and user-centered design processes.
- Storytelling Ability: Excellent at conveying design concepts and the rationale behind them through compelling narratives.
