JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
- Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing or related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful mobile marketing campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of A/B testing and multi-armed bandit testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Marketer at heart with a knack for identifying the right copy / creative / tone of voice. Experience with an enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions such as Braze or SFMC.
- Detail oriented and great communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated track record of operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects, often in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple milestones and deadlines, and deal with a large number of stakeholders. Knowledge of digital campaign reporting tools and practices. Understanding of best practices around test design and segmentation. Agency management experience is a plus.
