JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seeking a Software Development Engineer to assist with modernizing .NET code to AWS tools and services at Woot.
- Design a retail system that can grow on AWS.
- Know their way around programming languages like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
- Be familiar with Linux/Unix and somewhat with Windows.
- Understand SQL and how to make it run better.
- Have decent to strong skills in .NET.
- Have some experience with both front-end and back-end development.
- Work with serverless architecture, especially on AWS.
- Have experience with AWS services like Lambda, Cloudfront, DynamoDB, and RDS.
- Understand event-driven architecture.
- Basically, someone who can handle everything from designing the front end to the back end of a system.
- Must have 2-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AWS tools, and coding skills in .NET, SQL, and Typescript/JavaScript.
