Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to spearhead our efforts in enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights within our organizational operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of our datasets and dashboards, analyzing complex business data, and generating insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new datasets, reports, and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and business alignment.
  • Analyze business data using AI, identifying trends and anomalies to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams, acting as a data subject matter expert to support business operations.

Must-have Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Proven experience in leading UAT processes.
