JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay Range:$40 - $45 per hour on w2
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic direction on employee relations, including performance management and interpersonal conflicts.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complex employment issues, collaborating with legal and other departments.
- Drive change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and risk management.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Support and advocate for company core values and equitable treatment across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience with sensitive and complex employee relations issues.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- More than seven years of relevant experience in HRBP or employee relations roles, or as an employment attorney.
- Preferences for candidates with a Legal degree, global employee relations, and project management experience
