Job Summary:
Seeking a Supply Readiness Program Operations Lead to optimize new experience category supply and maximize summer bookings. This role involves strategic host engagement to enhance listing attractiveness and revenue potential through merchandising, pricing, and availability strategies. The chosen candidate will drive host readiness for success, leveraging data-driven insights and scalable executional excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize host merchandising efforts to attract more guests.
  • Implement competitive pricing and availability strategies to boost summer bookings.
  • Engage hosts proactively via notifications, messages, and targeted outreach.
  • Schedule photo shoots to improve listing performance through high-quality imagery.
  • Create business cases to showcase untapped revenue potential for hosts with enhanced availability.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and formulate strategies.
  • Proven track record in strategic and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and host engagement.
Industry Experience:
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or tech industries, particularly in platform-based role dynamics, is highly valued for this position.
