JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applying knowledge of AI principles to enhance analytics processes and derive success criteria necessary to meet our goals.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Gainsight, Google Sheets, and other analytic tools for executive level, mid-managers, and individual contributors.
- Extensively using Gainsight, including Looker studio, to integrate data from various sources like SFDC, Support Portal, Support Cases, JIRA tool, etc., to drive insights and decision-making.
- Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate these requirements into effective analytics solutions.
- The candidate must be able to work from our Plano, Texas office 3-4 days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, with experience working on AI-related projects.
- Strong experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
