JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Product management for the Personalization team to help with identifying, managing, documenting, and coordinating new feature asks that are received by the team.
• Requirements will be gathered in either JIRA or in a Wiki. Product Management, Project Management, Troubleshooting, Written and Verbal Documentation.
• The role requires being able to communicate the business requirements and document findings with our Engineering team based in India.
• Should be able to create basic wireframes to convey the desired user experience (at a high level).
• Other duties include answering basic support questions from our end users, (via email, JIRA and Slack) and editing exiting help documentation in Wordpress
• Ability to work some non-business hours (2 hours in the evening, 2 days per week - usually Mondays and Tuesdays)
