Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Compliance Coordinator for our India Sales Finance team, responsible for managing the financial responsibilities across India and SAARC countries. This role involves coordinating documentation compliance, tracking exceptions, and maintaining communications with sales teams and finance controllers for regular updates. The position is based in our office near Trinity circle, with a duration of 1 year and potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior corporate experience of minimum 3 years in Audit or Purchase process within the Finance domain.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Compliance Coordinator for our India Sales Finance team, responsible for managing the financial responsibilities across India and SAARC countries. This role involves coordinating documentation compliance, tracking exceptions, and maintaining communications with sales teams and finance controllers for regular updates. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure booking documentation adheres to the Bookings Compliance policy.
- Coordinate with the CLO team for post-booking documentation and report non-compliance timely.
- Track and maintain any exception requests.
- Collaborate with Sales to collect any additional required documentation.
- Provide regular readouts to Finance controllers regarding past reviews and any approved exceptions.
- Strong knowledge in Finance and Audit processes.
- Proficiency in Compliance and Reporting techniques.
- Excellent Coordination skills.
Prior corporate experience of minimum 3 years in Audit or Purchase process within the Finance domain.
