JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee key general ledger activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and perform financial data analysis. This role entails collaboration across departments to enhance financial procedures and support international entities in alignment with US GAAP. Ideal candidates will bring a robust background in accounting practices, particularly from a technology or high-growth company background, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
  • Analyze financial data for trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to support accrual processes and enhance business insights.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Assist with external audits and consistently review and refine accounting processes.
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar, with knowledge of SOX environments.
  • Experience with Oracle R12
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • CPA/CA certification or ongoing certification efforts.
