JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and deliver important programs with cross-functional and cross-organizational impact
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex cross-functional projects
- Bring strong strategic judgment to decisions and use data to drive improvements
- Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones
- Approach complex business problems and align stakeholders to a common plan
- Manage and lead a high performing team of program managers
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Strong data-driven approach and ability to use metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
