Responsible for effectively and efficiently handling computer equipment in the IT Fulfillment Center. Receives, packs, and prioritizes incoming and outgoing IT equipment for shipment. Communicates with vendors, businesses, and couriers as necessary for proper processing.

Job Summary:
Responsible for effectively and efficiently handling computer equipment in the IT Fulfillment Center. Receives, packs, and prioritizes incoming and outgoing IT equipment for shipment. Communicates with vendors, businesses, and couriers as necessary for proper processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack, prepare, and prioritize IT equipment for shipment and communicate issues.
- Perform receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations within the Fulfillment Center.
- Audit documentation and handle issuing and tracking of RMAs and end of lease processing.
- Perform warranty replacements and manage computer and peripheral inventory.
- Test returned equipment and maintain deployable inventory.
- Ticketing-Utilizing the Services Now request system to fulfill tickets based on fulfillment/hot swap requests.
- Managing and maintaining all computer and peripheral inventory within the warehouse.
- Ability to use Material Handling Equipment.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
