JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate closely with the Licensing team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide regular progress updates within the team and to stakeholders.
- Align work with various stakeholders to maintain and promote efficiency.
- Build, evaluate, and refine sustainable strategies for customer engagement and success.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Licensing, Software management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to navigate virtual/matrix organizations and multitask efficiently.
