JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new processes and improve existing ones within Lead to Cash Operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and streamline operations.
- Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and provide transparent reporting.
- Profound knowledge of cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Lead to Cash processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, with proven experience in sales operations or finance.
- Certifications in cloud platforms are a plus.
