JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies with developer users.
- Analyze findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve UX flows.
- Debrief with stakeholders to communicate research results effectively.
- Coordinate with the participant recruiting team and manage the logistics of research activities.
- Author comprehensive reports on quarterly UX metrics and perform desk research to support our product development strategies.
- Education: BA or BS in related field required, MS in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related discipline preferred
- 6+ months experienceconducting UX research in industry. Understanding of user research methodologies, especially evaluative research.
- Good working knowledge of the principles of experiment design.Experience of the app lifecycle / previously built a web or native mobile app.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Experience with remote usability testing tools such as Optimal Workshop, UserTesting.com or UserZoom. Experience with Gsuite (productivity tools)
