JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with IT Ops and external stakeholders on various ISO tracks.
- Coordinate feedback from business units affected by ISO.
- Revise and create documentation for procedures and policies.
- Ensure deliverables meet ISO requirements in coordination with GSO.
- Facilitate a two-way feedback process for effective decision-making on ISO controls.
- Experience in technical writing within IT or regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
