JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate collaboration between Sales, support teams, external partners, and accountants to boost QuickBooks Online adoption.
- Develop and execute custom implementation plans for small business clients transitioning to QuickBooks Online.
- Deliver an exceptional first-use experience for clients and ensure accountants are highly satisfied with QuickBooks Online.
- Identify process improvements and prioritize workload effectively, adhering to timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Intuit products and the QuickBooks Online ecosystem, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical needs to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements under tight deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering quality customer experiences.
