Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join our team at Workday. In this role, you will collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure efficient and functional infrastructure for our web applications hosted on AWS. Your responsibilities will include improving security, optimizing CI/CD workflows, and working on long-term infrastructure enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the functionality and efficiency of our infrastructure.
- Contribute to long-term infrastructure enhancements and forward-looking processes.
- Improve and monitor security in development and production environments.
- Enhance CI/CD workflows using GitLab and implement automation strategies.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure using technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
- Experience implementing and maintaining infrastructure on AWS.
- Proficiency in Docker and familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Ruby, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with Helm Charts and Terraform.
- Knowledge of server administration, server hardening, and CI/CD workflows.
