We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our Delivery Experience Amazon Prime Eligibility team in New York, NY. This role involves first-level support and development for production software application issues related to seller prime eligibility, developing monitoring solutions, and implementing fixes for internally developed code.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our Delivery Experience Amazon Prime Eligibility team in New York, NY. This role involves first-level support and development for production software application issues related to seller prime eligibility, developing monitoring solutions, and implementing fixes for internally developed code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for system performance and feature metrics.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within internally developed code, primarily focusing on Scala and JAVA.
- Perform complex SQL queries to analyze data and inform decision-making processes.
- Enhance and maintain existing codebases for optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the team to update, track, and resolve technical issues.
- Expertise in JAVA programming language
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures like Graphs, Dynamic Programming, Binary Tree.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
