Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Servicing Analyst to join our Customer Servicing team ASAP for a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment. This role is integral in performing title release processes, completing analytical reviews, and generating operational reports while ensuring the smooth execution of customer servicing projects. The position is based in our Billings, MT office with operational hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and may require overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management to analyze, interpret, and report operational performance data.
Lead and contribute to process improvements and departmental projects.
Facilitate the analysis necessary for functional operations reviews.
Represent the Billings site in projects relating to customer onboarding, process changes, etc.
Foster productive relationships within the business line and support timely and efficient fulfillment activities.

Must-Have Skills:

1+ years of clerical/administrative/secretarial experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Industry Experience:

Experience in the banking or financial sector is highly preferable.This role is designed for individuals adept at detailed analysis, project management, and thriving in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate is someone focused on operational excellence and has a strong background in administrative tasks and process optimizations.
