JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and track the execution of annual release forecasting plans in partnership with leadership.
- Introduce and maintain procedural excellence to enhance operational strategies and business innovation.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess and improve the health of services, deployments, and releases.
- Engage in strategic/ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and improve delivery efficiency.
- Mentor team members and manage onboarding practices to promote technical excellence and team cohesion.
- Minimum of 3 years in a related IT role, with strong experience in project management and agile methodologies.
- Experience in mobile release management and knowledge of mobile platforms (i.e., iOS, Android, App Store, Play Store)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, drive innovation, and effectively prioritize workstreams.
