Job Description: Our client is seeking a Validation Manager to provide equipment qualification and troubleshooting support for all equipment operations. The successful candidate will lead validation activities, develop validation strategies, manage a technical team, and support process improvements. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating resources, and providing concise updates to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage equipment qualification, routine qualification, and troubleshooting support for all equipment operations.
• Lead validation activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Develop validation strategies and support process improvements.
• Manage a technical team and provide operational support for investigations.
• Coordinate with area managers and shop floor colleagues to ensure efficient production.

• Thorough knowledge of cGMP, safety, and environmental regulatory requirements
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, organizational planning, and project management skills
• Pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Manufacturing floor experience in sterile parenteral drug product manufacturing
• Knowledge of Drug Product processing and equipment
• Specific knowledge of qualified equipment/processes such as Filling Equipment and Sip Systems
• Active involvement in ISPE and PDA guidelines
