JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep project charter, KPI/deliverables, resourcing, budgets, and timelines on track;
- Monitor and flag key decision, issues and risks, including executive approvals, delays, missed targets and resource gaps
- Support the project leads and members to complete research / analysis and coordinate development of storyline/contents
- Summarize and report on project progress to senior management and wider audiences, through both standard reporting cycles (monthly business review, weekly team updates) and ad-hoc communication of key progress milestones
- Maintain PMO site:
- Develop/refine standard PMO tools and templates
- Introduce advanced project management tools appropriate for the team
- Set up PMO dashboard or online portal (e.g., confluence)
- Performance improvement
- Enhancements to existing processes or tools
- Launch of new product
- 3-7 years project management related experience.
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word for project tracking and reporting
- Experience in different project management approaches and tools
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex stakeholder management environment
- Experience in payments would be preferable but is not required
