Our client is seeking a Program Manager to enhance their Products team. This is hybrid role based in Santa Clara will be pivotal in driving the success of our networking and security projects, from strategic planning through to execution. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to steer our programs toward achieving organizational goals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of DDI programs, from capturing requirements to defining scope and deliverables.
  • Develop program strategies aligned with business goals, manage schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration for successful product launches.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programs meet their timelines and objectives.
  • Provide leadership to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
 Must-have skills:
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience in Networking and Security domain.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
 Industry Experience Required:
  • Preferably with a background in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Security services.
