This role requires a senior lead developer, described as a ‘RockStar’, to drive development and innovation within our payment operations technology sector through the lifecycle. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing Java web services, batch processing applications, and advocating for modern software practices and continuous technology stack improvement.

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Java web services and batch processing applications using Spring, JSON, XML, and other related technologies.
- Ensure applications meet stringent security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Advocate and implement clean code principles, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
- Lead architecture development and problem-solving across various domains and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of the technology stack and collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Extensive experience in design and development of large-scale distributed systems using Java.
- Profound knowledge of object-oriented design, Spring MVC, SQL, web services, and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record in architecting common libraries and patterns for large scale applications.
