JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an efficient, passionate Program Coordinator to join our evolving our License Management team and maximize our organizational impact. This role involves developing and standardizing programs, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to growth, personal development, and creating positive participant experiences, all while operating in a fast-paced environment.
Collation, maintenance, and development of operational standards across License Management programs.
Creating, monitoring, and sometimes delivering Competence & Operations Training and development programs.
Acting as a central point of contact (POC) for licensing and terminology knowledge.
Monitoring program steps for successful completion and leading team meetings for productivity maximization.
Identifying best practices for future programs and maintaining a comprehensive program database.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project/program management and coordination experience (1-3 years).
SAAS/ Software Indusrty experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
