JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a proactive Software Development Engineer to join our Selling Partner Trust team, focusing on providing first-level support and development for production software application issues related to our communications applications. The role demands developing and implementing solutions for internally developed code, managing data through Python scripts, and enhancing our system metrics gathering. This position plays a critical part in directly influencing our customer experience through the improvement of our communication applications and participating in both corporate and divisional software projects.

- Develop solutions and implement fixes for issues with internally developed code (JAVA, React, Guice, AWS).
- Write Python scripts for data manipulation and improve systems gathering metrics on features.
- Update, track, and resolve technical challenges across various projects.
- Work alongside development teams on corporate and divisional software projects, enhancing current software.
- Automate onboarding processes and document system architectures and workflows.
- Proficiency in Java, React, and Python programming.
- Experience with AWS technologies and developing high availability, high throughput software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
