Job Summary:
Looking for a Hybrid IT Support Analyst and be at the forefront of removing barriers for our employees, thus enabling them to do great things for our customers. Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues both in person and remotely (via phone/chat).
  • Troubleshoot video conference issues and provide support for remote employees in AppStream environments, VDI machines, and Avaya/Cisco telephony.
  • Log all service desk contacts into the Incident Management System (ServiceNow), and manage the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Setup and maintain shared mailboxes/distribution lists and deploy/patch software using technologies like Casper and LANDesk.
  • Take ownership of employee issues, ensuring communication and follow-up on problem status in a timely manner, and maintain a high degree of customer service adhering to all service management principles.
Job requirements:
  • Strong experience in both PC and Mac support along with a solid foundation in using ServiceNow or similar Incident Management System.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Good problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills, specifically under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in a corporate IT environment, particularly supporting a diverse set of technologies and users. Prior experience in a 'Walk Up Bar' or face-to-face customer service in technology is highly desirable.
