JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a diligent Accounting Assistant/ Fresh Graduate to oversee and maintain our relationship with assigned vendor accounts.
- The ideal candidate responsibilities including invoice troubleshooting, credit memo analysis, claims creation, vendor statement reconciliation, and responding promptly to vendor communications
- Review and research of credit memos.
- Prompt response to vendor calls/emails and diligent research for proof of delivery.
