We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project manager to lead our projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will create and update project plans, manage resources effectively, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic approach to problem-solving, with an emphasis on planning, scheduling, execution, coordination, and reporting..
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain accurate project timelines, manage execution, and ensure alignment on milestones and dependencies.
Facilitate effective cross-functional team meetings and act as a liaison among contributing teams to promote clear and concise communication.
Identify resource needs, allocate resources effectively, and manage any issues related to resource allocation.
Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date, and create regular progress reports to highlight key achievements, risks, and actions required.
Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk register to ensure effective risk management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organization and prioritization to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
Ability to recognize ambiguity, bring clarity, and drive decision-making in a timely manner.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes across organizational boundaries.
