JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to effectively manage a caseload of employee escalations and collaborate with various teams to resolve workplace conflicts. Responsibilities include working on special projects, building capability for managers, and contributing to the improvement of protocols and playbooks.
- Must have strong execution skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, emotional intelligence, and a data-driven mindset.
- Manage a heavy caseload of employee escalations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Build capability for managers
- Contribute to the improvement of protocols and playbooks
- 5 years of Employee Relations or equivalent experience
- Strong execution and operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Data-driven mindset
