JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a Director for our Data and AI Practice, who will play an integral role as a senior presales architect and consultant.
This key position involves leading technical and business discussions, running workshops, and defining modern architecture for various business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data architecture presales, crafting proposals, and leading Statements of Work (SOWs) for complex, data-oriented solutions across industries.
Lead Data and AI opportunity discussions and workshops with clients, providing technical and architecture guidance.
Collaborate with Sales and Global practice teams to drive conversions, develop proposals, and implement go-to-market strategies.
Drive innovation within the Data AI space, creating new solutions and service accelerators.
Serve as an advisor, offering thought leadership in Data & AI, and managing presales processes from initial qualification through deal closure.
Support delivery teams by leading short-term consulting, POC engagements, and demonstrating tools on the Azure Data and Analytics stack.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform and BI/reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
Strong capability in data migration and understanding of data analytics needs within various cloud and on-prem platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in managing presales cycles, proposal creation, and engaging with global delivery models.
