JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and address incoming issues through Jira, email, and Slack.
- Assist in developing and maintaining infrastructure automation tools and scripts (using Terraform, Python, etc.).
- Implement and advocate for best practices and security standards within cloud operations.
- Contribute to the development of a shared library for cloud architecture modules.
- Engage in investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to learn from failures and enhance scalability and reliability.
- Proficient with AWS and its core services (EC2, CloudFormation, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudTrail).
- Experience in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Puppet, Terraform) and Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various engineering teams.
