Looking for a new job that will give YOU a sense of accomplishment?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Format, install, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve problems
- Configure Network connectivity for local and remote computers
- Support remote customers and send out break fix equipment
- Assist with imaging, boxing, unboxing, and onsite support
- 3-5 years of Service Desk or Desktop Support experience for both PC and Mac required
- Familiarity with Exchange, AD, Software Distribution Systems, and related technologies
- Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Slack, Box, Google Sheets
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now is a plus
- Strong mobile support (Android, iOS, etc.)
