Our Insurance based client on the hunt for a seasoned Solution Architect with a robust background in Business Applications, Power Platform, and Development to join our Center Of Excellence (COE) team. This vital position will lead our stakeholders and Line of Business (LOB) through their digital and automation transformation journeys, aiming for improved business outcomes and superior customer experience. You will play a key role in designing and delivering architectural solutions using Microsoft Business Applications platforms throughout the MS lifecycle, pushing the boundaries of innovation to realize our business strategy.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and citizen developers to drive technical requirements and solutions using Microsoft Business Applications/Power Platform.
- Design, customize, and apply technical solutions to meet the demands of LOB/Stakeholder/Citizen developer.
- Innovate and enhance intellectual property, promoting its reuse and the adoption of best practices in solutioning and delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, developing influential internal/external relationships to address challenges and foster diverse perspectives.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing insights with the technical community internally and externally, and engaging in community events to enhance our team's knowledge base.
- 8+ years’ experience in cloud, applications, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud technology domain
- 6+ years of Power Platform implementation experience or other related software implementation experience
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps experience.
