We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Digital Media team focusing on Advertising Agencies and System Integrators (SI) customers. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong partnerships, promote the adoption of solutions like Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, and Acrobat AI Assistant, and ensure maximum value realization from their investments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to unveil new growth opportunities and contribute to our customers' success through innovation and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Required experience in the Advertising Agency space or technology-focused services with a strong grasp of digital marketing and media landscapes.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer success with clients solutions, including usage maximization, customer health, and renewal readiness.
- Serve as the primary contact post-sales, create success plans, and maintain cohesive communication with internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with senior account collaborators for customer strategy and roadmap implementation.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strategic engagements and resource orchestration.
- Identify customer risks and work with the team on mitigation strategies, also reiterating customer perspectives within team.
- 10+ years of related experience in the advertising agecny space and/or
- 10+ technology services (Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, client-side experience, etc.)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express a big plus
