JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow BSA to join our team and drive the enhancement and implementation of ServiceNow within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design functionalities based on best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and documentation to facilitating user acceptance testing and final implementation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design discussions to understand and utilize ServiceNow effectively.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, ensuring stakeholder approvals.
- Develop a comprehensive ServiceNow roadmap integrating current initiatives and proposing new ones.
- Establish release commitments and timelines, prioritizing enhancement requests based on scope and feasibility.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and perform hands-on configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite and other modules.
- Expertise in user story writing, backlog management and prioritization.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
