Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is a dynamic mixture of business analysis, product ownership, and project coordination aimed at the development and successful delivery of products that meet both business and user needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining product features, eliciting detailed requirements, and ensuring clear communication and collaboration across technical and business teams. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a passion for driving product value and success in a hybrid work setting, requiring a presence in our Portland office part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using a variety of techniques to create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, prioritizing according to business value and user needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, identify roadblocks, and facilitate communication and collaboration amongst project stakeholders.
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap.
Must Have Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in eliciting and documenting requirements.
  • Experience in defining and prioritizing product features and roadmaps.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in the utility sector is preferred.
The role seeks an individual ready to navigate the complexities of product development while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
