The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering sessions, develop comprehensive data mapping documents, and create detailed user stories to facilitate smooth project execution. This position demands collaboration with both technical and business teams to ensure project deliverables align with stakeholder expectations

- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Document requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Develop comprehensive data mapping documents for multiple system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business employees to ensure clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
- Proactively manage and adapt to the project's needs with little oversight, keeping in mind the aggressive project timeline
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of requirement gathering sessions.
- Proven track record of preparing detailed data mapping documents.
- Strong ability in writing clear and concise user stories.
