The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and resolving a backlog of tickets related to the Epic PB module efficiently by implementing solutions and providing outstanding end-user support. Additionally, the role involves application troubleshooting, analyzing business/clinical needs, and ensuring system specifications meet user requirements.

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and resolving a backlog of tickets related to the Epic PB module efficiently by implementing solutions and providing outstanding end-user support. Additionally, the role involves application troubleshooting, analyzing business/clinical needs, and ensuring system specifications meet user requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently resolve backlog of tickets (incidents and requests) for Epic PB module by implementing necessary builds, break fixes, enhancements, or providing end-user training and support.
- Provide application troubleshooting support and resolve issues, escalate to the appropriate groups for remediation, or elevate to the vendor when necessary.
- Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements, and evaluate operational workflows for system implementation.
- Create and maintain accurate system specifications and documentation for applications supported by the team.
- Act as a liaison to the vendor, reporting escalations, obtaining assistance with issue resolution, and coordinating vendor activities including hardware or software installations.
- Current Epic Professional Billing with SBO Certification
- Epic Claims and Remittance Certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic Charge Router
